Materials
For the cake:
- 2 eggs
- 1 large tea glass of milk (160 ml)
- 1 large tea glass of sugar (160 ml)
- 1/2 large tea cup oil (160ml)
- 1 piece of vanilla
- 1 piece of baking powder
- 1.5 cups of flour
- 100g spinach (leaf part only)
For the cream:
- 2 cups of milk
- 1 tablespoon of starch
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 piece of vanilla
- 1 tablespoon full of powdered whipped cream
For fruity sauce:
- 1 cup pomegranate juice (it can also be cherry juice)
- 1 tablespoon of starch
- 1-2 tablespoons of sugar (increased according to your taste)
For over:
- Drop of chocolate

For the cake:
- Spinach leaves for the cake are drawn in milk and oil in the rondo.
- Egg sugar is whipped. Spinach mixture is added and mixed.
- Flour baking powder is added to vanilla and mixed. It is poured into the greased tart mould.
- It is cooked at 150 degrees for the first 20 minutes without opening the lid. It does not stick from the oven with a toothpick test, it is removed and turned over.
For the cream:
- Milk, starch, flour, sugar are cooked. When the bottom is closed, vanilla is added and mixed.
- When the stretch is closed and cools, whipped cream is added and whipped. It is poured into the hollow part of the cake.
For the fruity sauce:
- In a separate place, pomegranate juice, sugar, starch, is mixed and cooked.
For the over:
- It is poured over the cooled cream. It is sprinkled with chocolate drops. It is served by keeping it in the fridge for 2-3 hours, preferably for 1 night.
