WOULD YOU EAT THIS TREMENDOUS JUICY RIBEYE STEAK SANDWICH 🥩🥪

Ingredients:

  • 2 ribeye steaks (about 1-inch thick)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 sandwich rolls or baguettes
  • 4 tbsp garlic aioli or mayonnaise
  • 1 cup arugula or spinach
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 4 slices provolone or Swiss cheese

Instructions:

Prepare the Steaks:

  1. Season ribeye steaks with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steaks for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or to your desired doneness. Let rest before slicing thinly.

Toast the Rolls:

  1. Slice sandwich rolls or baguettes in half. Toast them lightly in a toaster or under the broiler until golden.

Assemble the Sandwiches:

  1. Spread garlic aioli or mayonnaise on the cut sides of each roll.
  2. Layer arugula or spinach on the bottom half of each roll.
  3. Top with sliced ribeye steak, a few slices of red onion, cherry tomato halves, and a slice of cheese.
  4. Place the top half of the roll on the sandwich and press down slightly.

Serve:

  1. Cut sandwiches in half if desired and serve immediately.
