WOULD YOU EAT THIS TREMENDOUS JUICY RIBEYE STEAK SANDWICH π₯©π₯ͺ
Ingredients:
- 2 ribeye steaks (about 1-inch thick)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 sandwich rolls or baguettes
- 4 tbsp garlic aioli or mayonnaise
- 1 cup arugula or spinach
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 4 slices provolone or Swiss cheese
Instructions:
Prepare the Steaks:
- Season ribeye steaks with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steaks for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or to your desired doneness. Let rest before slicing thinly.
Toast the Rolls:
- Slice sandwich rolls or baguettes in half. Toast them lightly in a toaster or under the broiler until golden.
Assemble the Sandwiches:
- Spread garlic aioli or mayonnaise on the cut sides of each roll.
- Layer arugula or spinach on the bottom half of each roll.
- Top with sliced ribeye steak, a few slices of red onion, cherry tomato halves, and a slice of cheese.
- Place the top half of the roll on the sandwich and press down slightly.
Serve:
- Cut sandwiches in half if desired and serve immediately.
