Spicy Steak Fajitas
Ingredients
- 2 pounds sirloin steak, sliced into thin strips
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced thin
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced thin
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced thin
- 1 large yellow onion, sliced thin
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Β½ tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- β tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups Mexican Blend cheese, shredded
- 6 to 8 tortillas
Instructions

FIRST STEP:
In a zip lock bag, place the sliced steak, the spices, the lime juice, and the olive oil.
Close the bag, shake to coat the pieces of steak. -
SECOND STEP:
Add the peppers and onions to the bag and reclose the bag.
Shake the bag again to coat the vegetables. -
THIRD STEP:
Add 1 tbsp Olive oil to a skillet and add the ingredients from the bag into the heated skillet.
Cook until the vegetables are just becoming tender and the steak is cooked. -
FOURTH STEP:
Serve with warm tortillas, sprinkle with shredded cheese, and your choice of optional toppings.
