Savory Steak Gorgonzola Alfredo with Creamy Parmesan Sauceπππ
Ingredients:
- 1 lb sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions:
- Season the steak slices with salt and pepper.
- Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the steak slices and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, stirring constantly until it starts to simmer.
- Gradually stir in grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
- Add crumbled Gorgonzola cheese and stir until melted and well combined.
- Return the cooked steak slices to the skillet and toss them in the sauce.
- Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss everything together until well coated.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
