Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Breakfast Roll-Ups

Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Breakfast Roll-Ups

Ingredients:

  • 5 eggs
  • 1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
  • 8 sausage links
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven:

    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Prepare the Eggs:

    In a small bowl, beat the eggs, reserving 2 tablespoons for brushing on the crescent rolls later. Scramble the remaining eggs.

  3. Prepare the Crescent Rolls:

    Unroll the crescent dough on a work surface and separate it into 8 triangles.

  4. Assemble the Roll-Ups:

    Cut each slice of Cheddar cheese in half and place one half on each triangle of dough. Top each triangle with a spoonful of scrambled eggs and one sausage link.

  5. Roll Up the Triangles:

    Loosely roll up each triangle starting from the wide end and place them on an ungreased cookie sheet, point-side down.

  6. Brush with Egg Wash:

    Brush the tops of the roll-ups with the reserved beaten eggs. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

  7. Bake:

    Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 18 minutes, or until the roll-ups are golden brown and cooked through.

  8. Serve:

    Serve the Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Breakfast Roll-Ups warm.
