Recipe: Honey Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, and ginger.
  5. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the shrimp and cook for an additional minute.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!

Note: You can also make this recipe in the oven. Simply preheat to 400Β°F (200Β°C), and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until shrimp are cooked through.
