Grilled Pork Belly

  1. Cut the pork belly into pieces, add onion, ginger, 2 spoons of barbecue seasoning, 2 spoons of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of cooking wine, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, a little salt and sugar, and marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Skewer the meat with a skewer.
  3. Bake in an air fryer at 180 degrees for 10 minutes, turn over and bake for another 10 minutes. This can also be done in an oven.
  4. Sprinkle with barbecue powder and cumin powder and bake for 5 more minutes, then eat.
