Grilled Pork Belly
- Cut the pork belly into pieces, add onion, ginger, 2 spoons of barbecue seasoning, 2 spoons of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of cooking wine, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, a little salt and sugar, and marinate for 30 minutes.
- Skewer the meat with a skewer.
- Bake in an air fryer at 180 degrees for 10 minutes, turn over and bake for another 10 minutes. This can also be done in an oven.
- Sprinkle with barbecue powder and cumin powder and bake for 5 more minutes, then eat.
