Ingredients:

  • 4 cups milk

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For Assembly:

  • 12 lasagna noodles, cooked
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Set oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
  2. Shrimp Scampi: Sautรฉ minced garlic in butter until fragrant, add shrimp, and cook until pink. Stir in chicken broth, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
