Ingredients:
For the Shrimp Scampi:
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste

- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 4 cups milk
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Salt and pepper to taste
For Assembly:
- 12 lasagna noodles, cooked
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
- Preheat Oven: Set oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
- Shrimp Scampi: SautΓ© minced garlic in butter until fragrant, add shrimp, and cook until pink. Stir in chicken broth, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
- White Sauce: In a separate pan, melt butter, stir in flour, and cook briefly. Gradually whisk in milk and simmer until thickened. Add Parmesan, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
- Ricotta Mixture: In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese with the egg until smooth.
- Assemble Lasagna: Layer white sauce, lasagna noodles, ricotta mixture, shrimp scampi, and repeat. Finish with shredded mozzarella on top.
- Bake: Cook in the oven for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
