Savor the perfect blend of garlic, beef, and cheese with this amazing Garlic Double Steakburger. A true delight!

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce and tomato for garnish

Directions:

  1. Preheat a grill or stovetop griddle over medium-high heat.
  2. Divide the ground beef into eight equal portions and shape each into a thin patty. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the patties for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
  4. In a small saucepan, melt the butter and stir in the garlic powder. Brush the insides of the hamburger buns with the garlic butter.
  5. Toast the buns on the grill until golden brown.
  6. Mix the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic in a small bowl.
  7. To assemble the burgers, spread the garlic mayo on the bottom buns. Add two beef patties to each bun, placing a slice of Swiss cheese between them.
  8. Top with grilled onions, lettuce, and tomato. Finish with the top bun.
