Decadent White Chocolate Strawberry Cheesecake π°
π Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 8 oz white chocolate, melted and slightly cooled
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1/4 cup strawberry jam
π©βπ³ Directions:
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan to create the crust. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in sour cream, heavy cream, and melted white chocolate until well combined.
- Gently fold in sliced strawberries and pour the filling over the crust.
- Bake the cheesecake at 325Β°F for about 55-60 minutes, or until the center is almost set.
- Remove from oven and cool completely. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Before serving, heat the strawberry jam and spread over the top of the cheesecake.
