Creamy Squares with Biscuits
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 150 grams of sugar
- 70 grams of corn starch
- 10 grams of vanillin
- 700 ml of milk
- 150 grams of cream cheese
- 18 cookies
Indications:
- Cream: mix the eggs and sugar in a saucepan. Then add starch, vanillin and hot milk. Bring to the heat and let the cream thicken. Then let the cream cool and add the cheese.
- Assemble the cake in a mold and place in the freezer for 4-5 hours.
- Then divide into squares and serve.
