Cream Caramel Fruit Pudding Mold
The Components:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 4 eggs
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can of milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Fresh fruit (strawberries, raspberries, kiwi, etc.)
The Way:
Prepare the Caramel:
- In a pot over medium heat, put the sugar and water.
- Cook without stirring until the sugar turns brown.
- Pour the caramel into the mold.
Make Pudding:
- In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, sweetened condensed milk, milk, and vanilla until well combined.
- Pour the mixture over the cooled caramel in the molds.
- Place the molds in a larger baking pan filled with hot water, ensuring the water comes halfway up the sides of the molds.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 175Β°C for about 50-60 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool in water.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- We serve it and decorate it with the available fruits.
