CHOCOLATE AND BANANA CAKE 😋

Ingredients:

• 1 cup of sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup of oil
• 1 cup of milk
• 1 cup of hot water
• 3 tablespoons of cocoa
• 2 cups flour
• 10g baking powder
• 3 bananas
• 250ml cream
• 120g milk chocolate
• Pistachios

Preparation:

1. Beat eggs with sugar. Add oil, milk, hot water, cocoa, flour, and baking powder. Mingle. Grease the bottom of the mold with butter and put the sliced bananas. Pour the prepared mixture.
2. Bake for 40 minutes at 180°/350°F.
3. Bring the cream and milk chocolate to a boil. Pour the cooked ganache over the cake. Sprinkle with pistachios.
