List Of Ingredients :

  • Large beaten egg.
  • Grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Italian-style panko crumbs, divided.
  • Garlic powder.
  • Italian seasoning.
  • Ground chicken.
  • Crushed red pepper flakes.
  • Salt.
  • Freshly ground black pepper.
  • Olive oil, divided.
  • Unsalted butter, divided.
  • Marinara sauce.
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Snipped fresh parsley.

Cooking Method :

  1. Begin by blending together the egg, Parmesan, part of panko, garlic powder, Italian herbs, red pepper, salt, and black pepper in a substantial bowl.
  2. With gloves on, integrate the chicken into this mixture using your hands to ensure everything binds well.
  3. Move the remaining panko crumbs to a flat dish and form the mixture into approximately 24 meatballs, coating each in the crumbs.
  4. Warm the oven up to 350°F (175°C).
  5. In a sizable, oven-ready skillet over medium flame, combine olive oil and butter, and brown half of the meatballs, rotating them for even coloring, then set aside.
  6. Using the remaining oil and butter, repeat browning of the other meatballs.
  7. Clear the skillet and pour in marinara sauce, nestling the browned meatballs within.
  8. Transfer the skillet to the oven, baking for 25 minutes, followed by adding mozzarella on top and continue baking until cheese melts, sprinkling with parsley before serving.
