- Olive oil, divided.
- Unsalted butter, divided.
- Marinara sauce.
- Shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Snipped fresh parsley.
Cooking Method :
- Begin by blending together the egg, Parmesan, part of panko, garlic powder, Italian herbs, red pepper, salt, and black pepper in a substantial bowl.
- With gloves on, integrate the chicken into this mixture using your hands to ensure everything binds well.
- Move the remaining panko crumbs to a flat dish and form the mixture into approximately 24 meatballs, coating each in the crumbs.
- Warm the oven up to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
- In a sizable, oven-ready skillet over medium flame, combine olive oil and butter, and brown half of the meatballs, rotating them for even coloring, then set aside.
- Using the remaining oil and butter, repeat browning of the other meatballs.
- Clear the skillet and pour in marinara sauce, nestling the browned meatballs within.
