Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven: Set oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease and line a 10×15-inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper.
- Make the Sponge Cake: Beat eggs, sugar, and vanilla until thick and pale. Sift cocoa, flour, baking powder, and salt. Gently fold dry ingredients into the egg mixture. Spread batter evenly in the pan and bake for 12-15 minutes.
