Ingredients:

For the sponge:

For garnish:

  • Crushed graham crackers ๐Ÿช
  • Banana slices ๐ŸŒ
  • Powdered sugar ๐Ÿš

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and line a jelly roll pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, beat egg yolks with 1/2 cup sugar until light and fluffy. Stir in the mashed bananas ๐ŸŒ and vanilla ๐Ÿจ.
  3. In another bowl, whisk egg whites to soft peaks. Gradually add the remaining 1/4 cup sugar ๐Ÿฌ, continuing to whisk until stiff peaks form.
