Swiss Mushroom Burger 🍔🧀

Ingredients:

• 1 lb ground beef
• 4 slices Swiss cheese
• 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
• 1 onion, sliced
• 4 burger buns
• 2 tbsp butter
• Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Form ground beef into 4 patties, season with salt and pepper.
2. In a skillet, melt butter and sauté mushrooms and onions until tender.
3. Grill or cook patties in a skillet until desired doneness.
4. Top each patty with Swiss cheese, let melt.
5. Assemble burgers with buns, patties, and mushroom-onion mixture.
