Savor the perfect blend of garlic, beef, and cheese with this amazing Garlic Double Steakburger. A true delight!
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 hamburger buns
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce and tomato for garnish
Directions:
- Preheat a grill or stovetop griddle over medium-high heat.
- Divide the ground beef into eight equal portions and shape each into a thin patty. Season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the patties for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter and stir in the garlic powder. Brush the insides of the hamburger buns with the garlic butter.
- Toast the buns on the grill until golden brown.
- Mix the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic in a small bowl.
- To assemble the burgers, spread the garlic mayo on the bottom buns. Add two beef patties to each bun, placing a slice of Swiss cheese between them.
- Top with grilled onions, lettuce, and tomato. Finish with the top bun.
