Cream Caramel Fruit Pudding Mold

The Components:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can of milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Fresh fruit (strawberries, raspberries, kiwi, etc.)

The Way:

Prepare the Caramel:

  1. In a pot over medium heat, put the sugar and water.
  2. Cook without stirring until the sugar turns brown.
  3. Pour the caramel into the mold.

Make Pudding:

  1. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, sweetened condensed milk, milk, and vanilla until well combined.
  2. Pour the mixture over the cooled caramel in the molds.
  3. Place the molds in a larger baking pan filled with hot water, ensuring the water comes halfway up the sides of the molds.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for about 50-60 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and let cool in water.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  7. We serve it and decorate it with the available fruits.
