Chocolate cake recipe
Cake with Chocolate
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of yogurt
- 1 cup of oil
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 2 cups of flour
- 1.5-2 tablespoons of cocoa
To Decorate the Cake:
- 100-150 grams of pistachio
- 250 grams of chocolate
- 1 cup of liquid cream
Method:
- Put the eggs, sugar, and vanilla in a whisking bowl and whisk them until they turn brown.
- Add the oil and yogurt and continue to whisk.
- Add the cocoa, baking powder, and flour and beat them until well combined.
- Grease the cake mold and pour the cake mixture into the mold.
- Bake the cake in an oven preheated to 175Β°C (347Β°F).
- While the cake is baking, prepare the chocolate. Slowly heat the cream.
- Add the chocolate to the warm cream and melt it with constant mixing. Then, add the pistachios and mix them in.
- Take the cake out of the oven and leave it for 15 minutes to cool. Then, remove it from the mold and place it on a wire rack.
- Decorate the cake with the chocolate mixture and refrigerate it for 3-4 hours.
- Once chilled, take the cake out and cut it into slices to serve.
