Ingredients:

  • 🥑 1 ripe avocado
  • 🥬 1 cup fresh spinach leaves (packed)
  • 🍌 1 banana (frozen for a creamier texture)
  • 🥛 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional for added creaminess and protein)
  • 🥤 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 🌱 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional for added fiber and omega-3s)
  • 🍯 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)
  • 🧊 1/2 cup ice cubes (optional for a colder smoothie)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Ingredients:

    • 🥑 Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender.
    • 🍌 If not using a frozen banana, peel and add the banana to the blender.
  2. Blend:

    • 🥬 Add the spinach leaves, Greek yogurt (if using), almond milk, chia seeds (if using), and honey or maple syrup to the blender.

  3. Blend Until Smooth:
