Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp olive oil or vegetable oil
- 1 green pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 red pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp garlic & ginger paste
- 600 grams tenderized steak, cut into strips
- Grated cheddar cheese
- 8 bread rolls
Instructions:

Prepare the Vegetables:
- Heat the oil over medium heat.
- Add the green pepper, red pepper, and onion.
- Cook, stirring frequently, until caramelized, about 5 minutes.
- Remove the vegetables from the pan and set them aside.

Cook the Steak:
- In the same pan, add the steak strips.
- Season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic & ginger paste.
- Cook until the steak is tender, about 30-40 minutes, depending on the cut of meat used.

Combine Ingredients:
- Return the cooked peppers and onions to the pan with the steak.
- Toss to combine all ingredients thoroughly.

Prepare the Rolls:
- Preheat your oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F).
- Slit the bread rolls from the top, but do not cut through.
- Fill each roll with the steak mixture.
- Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on top.

Bake and Serve:
- Place the filled rolls in the preheated oven.
- Bake for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
